Working closely with the Dickey’s Barbecue Training team, I developed a comprehensive Barbecue University training site for franchise owners, operators and employees, complete with all training videos and documentation carefully presented following the exacting training curriculum. After completing all the required content, students could then complete an online exam to graduate.

In addition, we added other franchise operator useful areas such as an Operations section, a Marketing section with a Vendor Portal, Purchasing info, as well as Store Development and Legal sections.
