Patrick
A. Custer, is the chairman and chief executive officer of uniView Technologies. uniView, with its focus on broadband technology, has developed the most advanced software and hardware available today. In other areas of expertise, uniView has aligned itself with strategic partners in order to provide its customers with the most complete end-to-end convergence integration for Internet based solutions. uniView also owns and licenses the Curtis Mathes trademark, a premier name in consumer electronics.
Before joining the company, Patrick directed the development of a computer chip distribution company, during which time sales rose over 500% in less than two years. His extensive knowledge in finance and the stock market comes from his tenure with E.F. Hutton, where he specialized in international exchange and foreign monetary policies.
Patrick also served on the Chinese Economic Development Council, which was designed to assist government controlled companies to privatize and enter foreign exchange public markets. More recently, he was appointed to the Computer and Telecommunication Panel for the People's Republic of China of which held its first session this past September, and in conjunction with the 2000 Olympics is on the panel for Investment 2000, a committee to promote business relationships between Australia and the U.S.
Patrick's technical experience includes engineering and management positions with Texas Instruments and Honeywell. He also served four years in the U.S. Army as a special weapons leader in Vietnam and received numerous citations and awards for his service.
Patrick received a degree in engineering and management studies at Texas Tech University with additional studies in the Masters finance program.

Thomas OMara, a 15-year marketing veteran, heads uniView Technologies' Advanced Systems Group, which designs and delivers customized convergence solutions for vertical business markets. As vice president of sales and marketing for uniView, Mr. O'Mara has played an integral role in its rapid metamorphosis from a dated Consumer Electronics company to a leading-edge provider of next-generation technology and applications.
Currently, Mr. O'Mara directs uniView's talented team of engineers, programmers and systems developers in the consulting, design, development and execution phases of each project. He is well-versed in ensuring the delivery of the right customized solution by thoroughly understanding the business goals, as well as the internal and external communications and marketing needs, of each and every client.
In addition, Mr. O'Mara acts as liaison to uniView Technologies Product Group, responsible for development of customized convergence devices, to ensure that each groups expertise is delivered in the final end-to-end solution designed for the client. He is also responsible for pursuing joint development agreements with other high-tech solutions providers, such as recent partnerships entered into with Motorola and Lucent Technologies. Additionally, he supervises corporate marketing and communications and strategic alliance programs for the company.
Mr. O'Mara also has applied his broad technology expertise in the actual development, design and execution of uniView, the company's state-of-the-art set top box platform, as well as the uniView Xpressway, its Internet access backbone.
Mr. O'Mara joined uniView Technologies in August 1996. Prior to that, he oversaw strategic sales and marketing initiatives for Pioneer Electronics line of consumer electronics products. He received a bachelor of business administration degree in accounting from LaSalle University (Philadelphia).

Thomas W.
(Bill) Park,
an integral member of the uniView Technologies team since
1964, has the important task of securing strategic
technology partners to ensure leading-edge product design
and manufacturing of uniView products and the uniView
Xpressway systems and services. At the company, Mr. Park is responsible for the
initial development of products and services as well
oversees all phases of the manufacturing of the uniView
product line. In the past, he has also managed sales in
excess of $250 million annually with direct reports both
domestic and abroad.
Mr. Park has a dynamic wealth
of experience in manufacturing, quality assurance,
engineering, product development and customer service.
He is a recognized expert in the consumer electronics
industry.
Mr. Park holds a Bachelor of
Arts degree in finance from the University of Texas.

Billy J.
Robinson,
joined the Company as Vice President, General Counsel in
October 1993, and he currently also serves as Secretary
and as a director of the Company. Mr. Robinson has over
eighteen years of legal experience, representing banks
and other financial institutions, with a concentration in
commercial transactions and real estate. Mr. Robinson is
licensed to practice before all state courts in Texas and
New Mexico, and is admitted to practice before the United
States Supreme Court, the United States District of Texas
and the District of New Mexico. Mr. Robinson is a
certified Mediator in the State of Texas and is the
author of the 1994-95 Real Estate Law Correspondence
Course for the Texas Tech University Paralegal
Certification Program.
